These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Tata Baji platform and all its services. By accessing the website or mobile app, creating an account, or participating in any game, you automatically agree to these terms.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering conditions have been met.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, Tata Baji may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tata Baji. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

Tata Baji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• An account with no activity for an extended period (over 12 months) will be considered inactive.
• At the direction of law enforcement or a regulatory authority.

If no violations have occurred, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed. You may also request account closure yourself at any time.

Tata Baji believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We want your experience to always be fun and in control. To help with that, we provide the following tools:
